      2. Still no news of an indoor location open for rehearsal.

      1. Rehearsals
        1. Rehearsals going well so far.
        2. Should we move to weekly rehearsals?
          1. Another nearby park memorial park was suggested to have intermediate and combo band meet at one park and then concert and jazz band meet at Citizens Park.
            1. Benefits and challenges to doing this:
              1. Drum set could pose a problem, but need a new drummer anyway.
              2. Could just keep it bi-weekly and make it work, especially if we are not going to perform the concert until September.
  • Cristina moves to start weekly rehearsals first week of July. All opposed. Motion does not pass.
  1. Amber will send info on another possible park in Arvada.
  2. Looking into using Edgewater Senior Center for rehearsals
  3. Mike spoke with John Jonas at North High School. Will await to hear about going back to North HS.
  1. Concert date: early September and/or Thursday before Thanksgiving. Will vote in the next meeting.
  2. Dues: half dues for bi-weekly?
    1. Move to collect full dues beginning of July, Motion made. Motion seconded. Motion passes to collect full dues beginning of July.
  3. Jeff Miguel had first rehearsal to conduct the Intermediate Band and Jazz Combo
    1. First rehearsal went well and he is interested.
    2. Motion made to hire Jeff. Motion seconded. All in favor. Motion passes.
